level-up rewards broken

if you will look on those screens I have nothing of those items even collected from collectibles and cant claim anything to get this stupid level-up reward to get next points to spend on this character.

I reported this few times...nothing, even no auto-response, reported it on forum in bug categories...it will be almost 1 week when I cant stupid lvl-up rewards to just get stupid points for grow my character.

and no, I dont want to dele this as main reason I spend much gold for backpacks upgrades + time fro horse training

this is stupid bug? problem which impairs funkcionality of my character and this shouldnt...I shouldnt be forced to delete this andc reate new one because of this broken thing, wtf ZO$???

in blizzard if you send any report with problem or something you will get anser even in few mins and if you have something missing because their bug then it is solved even in this same day or in 2-3 days if it was many...for blizzard you even dont wait days to get any response.....

There is no tutorial teaching people how to choose a reward before claiming.

I level 3-50 under the new system on Xbox NA. No problems getting any rewards.

'You cannot have more than one of the same unique item' in the top right tells me somethings off, do you have one in the bank already or on the character you're claiming on?

If you do try withdrawing them on another character & re-trying. I've levelled 3 characters to above Lv 30 since the rewards & had no issues (granted I just discard them).

Check your inventory and make sure you don't actually have the item. If the game sees you already have it, then you can't claim it again.

If it's in your inventory, remove it by deconstructing it or putting it in the bank. Log out. Log back in and try again.

If this doesn't resolve the issue, then I'd say you have a bug.

By the way, your character is dreadfully ugly. I love it!

I specially get screen with showing all of those items and marking place in corner where always is icon with number of same items if you have those in inventory or bank...if you can see I have nothing of those and even collectible chest is still not collected so no, I have no any of those items but ZOS is saying me something other...

That's not what that message displays. That's just to let you know that you haven't picked one of the items offered (not collected).

The coffers contain a random item, so it's very possible to have something in your inventory which may be in the coffer.

I honestly don't know if the random item is unique to the level-up system, but considering how RNG works in the game, I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't.

At this point, your best option is to remove any unequipped weapons/armor from your inventory just to make sure there are no conflicts.
