What would you do if you were me?
Ok here's whats going on: I've been saving gold like a madwoman, and have finally reached my goal in the bank. I wanted to be able to purchase the upcoming Coldharbour Estate that costs 1 million gold and not be broke afterwards. I originally wanted to buy it to finally build a dueling arena. I keep trying in my current houses and the arenas always end up becoming something else by the time I'm done adding to them.
My question is, should I keep saving even longer and buy a Notable home? Should I just keep saving and turn an existing home into a dueling arena? Should I scrap the idea and spend all that gold on motifs? I have options, and want opinions

Do as planned and buy the Coldharbour estate. It's time to du-du-du-DUAL!
Don't buy Coldharbour estate, here is why:

Keep saving and purchase a Notable home, even if it takes me months
Flip a home I already own into the dueling arena and spend gold on other things
Splurge it all on motifs

Don't touch any of the gold and just keep saving
