What is with game freezing when battlegrounds start?

What is with the game freezing when a battleground matches loads in and the you have a freaking 20 minute penalty???

It is happening way to often to multiple people I play with. Remove the stupid penalty at least if your kicked before the game even starts.........

is this a console problem? The only issue is when the game gets stuck in finding players and refuses to start and results in you having to leave and get a 15 minute penalty

Well I’m on an Xbox x. Every time a battlegrounds starts there’s like a 20% chance of it freezing and crashing your game. It wouldn’t be the worst thing ever if there wasn’t a 20 minute penalty after you have to reboot the whole game and your friends are still in the battlegrounds match.

I've had the 16 minutes penalty after long loading screen on PC EU. Game just kicks you out of BG and gives you the penalty. This sucks.
