So i have been trying out scathing mage on my MNB...it used to get procced by path which was obviously wrong...however, even at a 65% mag crit rate which i think is rather high, the proc rate seems to be really low compared with similar sets (like burning-sw for example)...unless you spam drain power / sap essence and have several enemies around)...just my feeling but i think the proc chance should be increased by 50%.

All direct damage procs need at least 15% chance, may up to 25% but certainly not 50%, especially since this sent has no downtime, like bsw has.

Unless you mean upimg the current 20% chance by 50%, which would take it to a 30% chance. That would be all right as well. Or just make it any direct damage, like nerienith.

not 50% - 50% more than it has now its at 20% off of direct criticals so it would be 20%x1.5 = 30% off of direct criticals...with an assumed crit rate of 50-65% which is probably the range for magicka this would mean 15-20% absolute.
