ZOS robbed me of my money

At this point I do not care if i am posting in "the wrong section". ZOS, you robbed me. I purchased 90 day ESO+ package A WEEK AGO and i never had the ESO+ bonuses or the crowns applied to my account yet i had the money taken from my account. I have submitted multiple tickets this past week and I have not heard A THING, 0 info from ZOS on my issue. ZOS has been completely silent and non helpful period. I am infuriated that you, ZOS can just take my money and then have the audacity to not even say anything to me. Completely Unacceptable behavior from a company. It is not all that bad though, I do expect to receive a ZOS reply in this thread telling me that the thread will be either closed / moved. Kind of tells you where their priorities lie.

    That's ZoS for you. Their like EA, but much worse when it comes to taking your money. Hell I just cancled my ESO plus. They don't even deserve my money anymore because of how bad their game has been recently, especially to PvPers and those who play in Campaigns.

    I understand your frustration but I am sure it is a mix up or mistake. Things like this happen occasionally so try and be patient and polite. Be aware that submitting multiple tickets for the same issue can result in your request being placed back at the bottom of the queue.

    Hopefully a forum MOD will investigate and get your ticket upgraded. It might be worth linking a forum mod's sig to your post.
