If you add a feature that allows you to filter out or blacklist specific dungeons from appearing in your random dungeon finder, a minimum of 20 dungeons must still be active in your list. You can still go into those dungeons via specific selection or in a group with others, its just when you're solo doing random dungeons they are omitted. You can have two different lists for random normal and random vet dungeon finder. Is that too much to ask for?

You can queue for as many specific dungeons as you want. You won't get the xp bonus as you do from queueing random all, but then you don't have to queue for the dungeons you don't want to do.

That's the thing, I like doing random dungeons across 15 characters: 5 tanks, 5 healers, and 5 pure DPS; I hate the DLC dungeons which is why I choose not to go with ESO Plus, I don't need that extra frustration. It's the only part of ESO Plus that turns me off from it, the rest of the bonuses are fine. If I can omit them from appearing in my random dungeon lists, it be golden for me.

You can omit them. Just select which specific dungeons you want.
