To players who play regularly, everyday or almost everyday, do you pay for ESO+ monthly?

I have been subbed since day 1, without exception. I figure when I am ready to drop the sub, I am ready to move on from the game, and I haven't reached that point yet. A couple times I was almost at that point, but never went over the line.

But there's another reason as well. I feel like it's a trick. Especially with the announcement of the new expansion.

I think ESO+ members should get it for free (as promised), but no, they have to buy it separately like everybody else.

There's something very underhanded about this that makes me very cautious about spending money on this game.

...I mean, every other MMO out there with an optional sub requires that you buy major content packs separately. Or at least every MMO I know of. So, maybe. But if so, that's an industry-wide thing, not an ESO thing.

Also, the smaller DLC are still free, and they're not nothing. ESO+ subscribers still get access to a considerable amount of content for the cost of their monthly sub, and combined with the other perks, I actually think it's a pretty good deal. I say that about very few things in this game, but the sub is one of the exceptions.

I mainly been having ESO+ but I will be taking a few months off as I save they money for the new Chapter.

Who knows how many ESO+ members will do the same as they do not like a yearly chapter on top of the ESO+.

Edit: and for everyone complaining about not getting expansions free with ESO+.... it's always said DLC not EXPANSIONS.

While I may still think that the "expansions" are turning out to be litte more than DLC, it's the point that they're not DLC. Take that issue up with ZOS.

Every once in a while I’ll deal with Xbox eso plus and which always requires tickets to ZOS for crowns so now it’s 1-4 times a year max. It’s really not for the crafting bag tho because it’s to buy crowns but we can’t do multiple months on Xbox one.

I use to sub every month the first year but the issues got old and are still unresolved for Xbox.

I only play one game at a time. Normally every day and for several years before moving on. That said, the sub makes good sense for me. I should think that someone who plays many games and/or plays ESO only occasionally would find the sub perhaps not a good deal.

I stopped for a few months as actual life required me to curtail game time and I tried to come back w/o ESO+...after like 2 hours I caved and got ESO+ again

Haven't since last August, it's worth it. Unless you really dedicate your life to the game I feel the extra costs is not worth it.

I do occasionally sub for the craft bag when I got 1000s of alchemy or something, also its nice you still get 1500 crowns for subbing.

Probably not as many as you think since most other MMOs with subscription options also has expansions that you need to pay for - it's pretty standard.
