Allow jewelcrafters to create some cosmetic jewelery (necks, rings, earings, etc)

This would help give some rp features to the jewelcrafting system if there was a "Cosmetic" tab where the player can make jewelry runeboxes that they can use themselves or sell to other players so that they can unlock the ability to use certain jewelry cosmetically on their character.
