Purchased ESO+, Did not receive crowns nor the ESO+ Benefits.

I purchased a 3 month eso+ plan and did not receive any crowns, nor the ESO+ status on my account. The money i had spent was taken from my bank account and my statement says that the purchase was completed. I also did not receive an email from ZOS.

The same thing happened to me yesterday and It still hasn't been resolved

This issue has still not been resolved. Completely unacceptable. Robbed of my money.

having a similar problem, purchased eso plus 3 days ago and my bank just shows its as pending. used this bank/card before with no problems. raised a ticket, got general response the next day, nothing since.

support with ESO always seems to have been poor from the start for some reason

Just had the same problem with pre-purchase summerset digital collectors upgrade. Got no confirmation, no e-mail and money have taken. Contacted with my bank and they said the transaction is complete to elder scrolls online. Until now I don't have any confirmation and mount reward in game. My guildmates said they had no problem and got confirmation immediately. Submited a ticket.....

There is currently an issue with entitlements not being applied on purchases through the ESO store. As there are now multiple threads about this problem, we are closing this one and suggest continuing discussion within this thread.
