hews bane dailies with spencer rye not giving any rewards after completion, has happened 2 days now

I'm using windows 10 pc north American server,and have accepted and completed the hews bane dailies with spencer rye,when I go to collect,i receive nothing in my inventory.all other dailies give me a container that I need to use to get rewards, I receive nothing,and I cannot do it over again til the next day.has happened the last 2 times I have attempted to collect
