Never got my free crown crates. Only just checked as have been offline since then.

Did you kill an aggressive monster?

If you did per day you should've. Contact Customer Support to be sure.

You didn't need to with the Jan 2018 Event.

To participate in the ESO Plus Bonus Event, simply log into the game with an active paid ESO Plus membership (free trial membership does not count) each day from January 9 until January 15. Note that in order to qualify, each unique login must occur within a 24-hour time period that starts at 3:00PM GMT and ends at 2:59PM GMT the next day. If you remained logged in over a two-day period, it will only count as one entry! You must completely log out and back into the game; logging out just to the character select screen will not work.

When the event concludes, you'll receive one crate for each day you logged in, up to a maximum of six, by January 18.

To acquire these new items, log into the game and defeat any enemy creature (monsters, bosses, or even enemy NPCs) every day, from Friday, March 9 until Sunday, March 11.

Note that for the purpose of this event, each day begins at 12:00AM GMT and ends at 11:59PM GMT (that means it starts at 7:00PM on the previous day, for those on the US East Coast).

You'll be rewarded with a new crate for every day you participate (up to a max of three), and you'll receive all your earned crates on Tuesday, March 13. You will be able to find your free crate in your Crown Crates menu.

Yep, for the most recent event it clearly stated that you had to kill and enemy each day.

IT WAS THE JANUARY EVENT THAT ALL WAS REQUIRED WAS TO HAVE A PAID ESO PLUS ACTIVE AND TO LOG IN...ONCE PER DAY.

NO OTHER REQUIREMENTS FOR THAT EVENT.

It was reasonable for us to assume that you were referring to the most recent event.

If you are saying that the January event is the one you never got crates for, that's different. I recommend opening up a ticket in game. That's the only way you'll get them to investigate it.

Have you check the crown crate interface, they will not be in mail? If you don't know how to access that, press your inventory key and then use the second icon from the left at the top. If you have checked there, open a ticket.

Exactly which of our responses could you classify as "lynching"? Every single response was an effort to answer his question.

He linked the event in the OP and then additionally clarified he was talking about the Jan 2018 event two posts later. I kinda understand why he got angry when people totally ignored the rather clear description and automatically assumed it was the March event.
