Has anyone tried to document the Faction story changes since launch? [Spoilers]

I was just playing through the Ebonheart Pact quest for the first time in a while and I see they've changed it again since the last time I went through it.
I was at the part where you summon and use Balreth and now not only do you burn stuff on the beach rather than the area outside the walls before you get to the beach but now when you witness Balreth's Destruction you are transported to a ship rather than a beach? I also know of some more fleshed out stuff like rather than a simple fight in a room, in some parts you now enter an underground area in a mini type delve on some quests.
This got me to wondering if there is a place that these changes have been documented in a story chain rather than just quest by quest.
Also, what have you noticed since launch?
