Who do you contact with a serious complaint? Not to do with cheating, bugs etc. More serious. Is there a direct contact?

    They still prefer you open a ticket first, then pm them with the ticket number, asking to be contacted directly. They turned off the customer support phone number a few years ago, so the ticket system is the best way to initiate contact with them about something specific. As noted above though, expect the initial response to be inadequate, and be prepared to escalate as needed.
