Buffing/Nerfing Skills Thread
So, in this thread just pick an ability, pick a morph (if needed,) and say how to buff/nerf it if you think it is too weak/too strong.
I'll start.
Vigor
Morph: Echoing Vigor
Type of Change: Buff
Echoing Vigor is just too outclassed by its counterpart, Resolving. While Echoing only increases area of healing, Resolving increases the healing itself (for you, at least.) So, a suggestion for a buff would be this:
Echoing Vigor: Increases Healing Over Time to other allies by 2.5/3/3.5/4% for every other ally healed, stacking up to 11 times.
This way, it is still a more group-oriented morph, but increases the healing for every ally (that is not yourself) within the radius, stacking up to +44% max in a large trial group. The buff will not help yourself (as it only buffs the healing for other allies) but works as a large-scale stamina heal.
Volley
Morph: Endless Hail
Type of Change: Nerf
Endless Hail, especially with Maelstrom Bow, deals the most DPS for any Stamina build. Its counterpart, Arrow Barrage, increases range/area affected by a minuscule amount. Endless ail severely outclasses it with both Stamina cost reduction and longer duration, both very important to sustain. This left Arrow Barrage to cry in a corner. So, a suggestion would be to make Endless Hail simply this:
Endless Hail: Increases duration from 8 to 11 seconds.
The original skill only increased duration from 8 to 10 seconds, but added an extra 600-700 Stamina cost reduction. This balance makes it live up to its name (a truly "endless" hail) but takes away the sustain part of it.
