that's weird because like 80% of the times I need to kill npcs at resources it happens to me too. That's pretty much common knowledge, that to do any damage you should use direct damage abilities or your attacks won't land because npcs are not there where they're rendered0 -

✭as said, i rarely have such issues with guards at ressources.....
the only case is when i play vivec during prime time near locations of big battles. but then its just lag and jabs dont land at all and every other skill needs at least a second to be casted.

Plenty of other people have reported these problems though, so it is not just some guy not restarting his router often enough.
I'm not sure it matters much anyway, even with burning light Jabs' damage and secondary effects are so bad now, they hardly warrant taking the risk of channeling it and thereby giving your opponent a window of opportunity.

I doubt they'll ever fix it. This issue was present in Beta already. Same with toppling charge not working and a bunch of others.0 -
