For those that have been asking, just saw this on the PTS. Note the requirement on the purchase as well.

    Yeah, I saw it too. Makes sense with the worm motifs release then too. Also the achievement makes sense too. Not safe to literally build a house in Molag Bal if Molag Bal is still at full power, and you are not a daedric prince yourself (meridia+hollow city)
