Best CP grind spot

I'm cp 306, I take my time, do quest slowly, listen to every word, read books, the only way someone like me will get to 700cp is grinding, I feel like I'm falling behind

Hopefully the event soon will have double XP, can someone tell me the fastest place I can grind, and how long will it take

Don't worry, I got to my current 750CP without grinding as well. And yes, there is a new XP event on the way (ESO Anniversary in April.)

Best grinding spot is probably Skyreach Catacombs because it is instanced, thus always accessible.
Also in about 50CP the number of people that are willing to kick you simply for your CP amount is greatly reduced, if your stats are decent and you know what you are doing. You are not really missing anything apart from hardcore stuff that even a lot of 720CP guys don't get easily. But if you like being competetive, there is always noCP pvp.

Craft yourself some XP gear if you haven't got any already, it helps a little bit.

i started about a year ago, and i just reach cp720 a week ago, i didnt cp grind nor any of that at all! i just do random dungeon everyday and pledges, weekly trials and farming for mats next thing i know im already at capped after reaching cp300+ you dont need to grind cp anymore, any more than that is just a luxury the increase in cp tree are minimal once you reach a certain point anyway

Start stocking up on master writs. When the event hits or when you got enough in stock and the mats to do them do one right after another. Master writs are the fastest way to level AFAIK with skyreach being next.

I've been running vicious ophidian when attempting skyreach grind, and cleave for shield

It just feels difficult, I feel I get bursted down quickly at times, what can I do to make this easy?

Either slot Vigor or invite some magicka partner with healing spells.

I have to disagree there. The motalion necropolis is way better if it's just you. (More mobs, shorter distances between them, high respawn rate, not as "difficult" to kill as Craglorn enemies.)
Unfortunately even in the middle of the night, there are people there because it is so good, so you never get the full potential out of it unless you are really lucky.

The best grinds are overland, plentiful mobs, and no competing groups.

Which is to say, they won't get posted here.

Is it quicker than skyreach, if no one else is grinding the mobs?

There are several. Someone already said the public dungeon in north Morrowind: Nchuleftingth in Vvardenfell. There's the orcs near Shinji's Scarp. Zombies that are east of Riften. Zombies in the Vile Laboratory in Coldharbour. The Crimson Cove public dungeon on the west coast of Malabal Tor. There's a public dungeon in either Greenshade or Grahtwood but I don't remember exactly which but the mobs are tightly packed - Root Sunder Dungeon I believe. The Vile Manse in Reaper's March. Obsidian Scar in Rivenspire. Besides the places already mention in Craglorn there are a couple delves there that are good for grinding. Simply running through Craglorn farming and killing things in some of the group areas as you go helps break the monotony of just grinding mobs until your eyeballs melt from your face.

You said you are CP300+ so you are able to solo most of the non-dlc dungeons and so to add variety to it all you may consider finding a few that have usable gear for you and grind through the first mini boss for the gear drop in each one and repeat the cycle.

    Happy grinding!
If you are angry about anything in this game you are only punishing yourself.

I leveled an alt account recently from Level 20 to CP200 in the "Vile Drainage" section of the Imperial City before I even saw any other players at all, including enemy players. Now I've got her to CP320, and I've only had to kill about half a dozen interlopers total. I even have around 200K Tel Var and 2000 Fragments on that toon without even trying!

IC mobs in general have much higher XP than Tamriel mobs, it amazes me that I don't see more people leveling in the sewers. Maybe people are still afraid of getting ganked? They don't have to worry, the gankers left the sewers ages ago.
