I'm more PVE focused, but always curious about unusual builds. Why the dual resto? More about the build please (point distribution, reasoning, etc.

well I don't know that stuff off the top of my head, so its hard to give you the champ point distribution.
the reason why dw/resto spinners is only needed on my front bar front bar on the dual wield since all my attack skills are on that bar keeping the 8% dmg mitigation from vampire cloak active at all times.

builds generally based on stacking damage reduction. I do flip between 5 heavy and 5 light sometimes depeding if I'm zerg surfing the enemy or if I need the extra spell pen from light. I sit with my weapon enchant buff at 3700 spell damage

I'm planning on doing a break down of the build on my youtube in the future. I might post what I have now but I am working on an update using a different race on AD since I made a toon there and want to test how losing the sustain and spell resist from Breton fairs against the extra health and damage reduc from nord.

unfortunately I have to had much time to work on it, currently lvl is 30 or something on it. But I'm hoping to get grinding sometime in the next 2 weeks

Probably there is better set. Thing is I already feel tanky I want to have the damage as well.

I don't like the trade off for fortified brass, granted I'm getting 3k more resist than vamp cloak but I'm giving it up for a spell damage slot and a health slot so the trade off is not work it to me since it will actually weaken my shield and nerfs my mist form and vamp damage reduc a bit which is a big part of my survivability. if there's night I need the extra resist I just switch to heavy which puts me close to cap but for the most part the resist I have is fine 20.4k physical 26.sk spell in light on my tanking bar which is really nice in my opinion.

alteration will give me a more regen and cost reduc but then I'm loosing out again on spell damage, penetration, and magicka. again to me the trade off doesn't work.

at this point in ESO you can really get similar effects from different sets. granted you may not be maximizing a particular stat but for me the middle path of spreading out your stats is more fun.

reposte reduces bleeds, brass only offers physical resists which are completely ignored on bleed builds.

That alone makes me stay away from brass.

thats true, on 2 targets on fear or 1 target with shade. onn your vid u are fighting by far more oponents so its worth.

very true, I can also just press fear a few times as I need it.keeping both the buff and debuff.

ps3 controller using a keymapper since I don't like the way zos binds my keys

No sensitivity on the joystick. Stiff movement. Can’t really remedy it unfortunately
