ZOS, please make the Cold / Frost damage reliable to play with.

It just looks like as all the frost damage sets were broken , or rather , we’ve just got one Ysgramor and it does not pump up the frost damage 
wish we could be able to play our characters the way we wanted .. I’ve been trying to create a real frost God who could manipulate the cold abilities towards his defence as well as his attack .. a Greek Or Roman mythology God 
hope ZOS will re-think about the way the cold damage has been re-designed and can meet our expectation since we are the ones to be pleased. We support the game because we love that world created to provide us with those dreamy wings.
