Major lag/stutter when in combat

Just started noticing this today, didn't notice this last night. Some skills wont fire when pressed and everything pauses for a brief moment. Extremely annoying in group content. Confirmed with a friend that he is having the same issues. During the occurrence ping is fine and does not spike up. Is ZOS aware and possibly implementing a fix?

yep, and mobs take about 5 seconds to die. I just keep imagining that "slow death" scene in action movie spoofs.

Agreed....it is really distracting.

I am still getting this before some critters die. Generally in groups of three for more, though and only the last one to die.
