I'm actually trying to find the PTS post where they guy shows it proccing at range and proccing up close etc, bunch of tests. Haven't found it yet, it'll answer all questions

Well I meant Soul Harvest (the mag version of Incap) as long as crits and is single target it will proc (aka yes any ultimate that's single target.... Soul Assault comes to mind)0
