Still ALL Stuff in Storage Chest missing! Can I PLEASE have my stuff?!

Ok, got it: There was a bug. Fine for me, these things happen. No big Problem here for me.

After a few mails with customer Support they told me to write a list with all missing items (cause they couldnt restore the deleted lvl 3 Char). So I wrote a list with all the items. Seriously, what a beautiful hour it was: typing all the items with Quality, CP, Trait, Style, Enchant and so on. Never had that much fun before :/

Now the Monday Patch happened and what can I say: Still missing everything. My golded sets, my Goldes weapons, my Monster Masks, Motifs etc. And my concerns are growing: I will propably never get this stuff back, right?

Do you REALLY expect me to grind this stuff again??? Full time Job, a beautiful wife, an adorable daughter, a wonderful house, Hobbies - do you REALLY think i waste my leisure time to grind stuff again? No way this will happen. So please, ZOS: Fix this, restore my items. Fix this. Fix this now.

    Before the bug fix I lost all my items in the new storage chest after deleting a low level character, the Customer Support team only told me to make sure I had an empty character slot available and to empty my bank, they restored all items within 24 hours.

    Good to hear you got your stuff back.

    I'm still missing every one of the lost items. Customer Service didnt tell me to empty my bank or to do anything else beside writing down a list. As I mentioned I have limited game time, so loosing golded sets etc. is really a big loss for me.
