Perfect place for storing all your house furnishings....it's all accessible for decorating, and doesn't clutter up your inventory

Yeah waiting until bug is fixed just in case. Will use it to hold sets that are clogging up my inventory.

Cheaper to buy a Snugpod for 45k gold and store 200 furnishing items in it.

Not quite as accessible though.

I have one coffer for alternate sets I may use on my main, one for trinkets and laundered stolen goods for the crows, and a third just holding excess bank junk for the moment. I could see storing a lot more consumables and such there.

I've put up shelves in my treasure room, which previously just held decorative chests, and put the coffers on them, so there's a nice organized system.

So far I have only put my old EP and DC siege junk in there.

I have re-tested the bug that was making bound items go missing and it's fixed on Live, just like the patch notes say.

That doesn't mean there aren't other Storage Chest bugs that no one has reported yet. So, I'll wait a couple more weeks, just to see what happens, before I start putting anything valuable in them.

I put all my Monster Sets in there so I don't have to Alt Hop to wear a different set.

I have one container that holds all the Festival Motifs I have extra's of, and another for all the extra Festival Recipes.

I have one container for all the "Silly" things I have collected, like Pacrooti's Moleasses and Skooma and Moon Sugar Paraphernalia.

I will use another container for all the Countess and Crow goods so my alts have an easier time with those dailes.

Big chest with stuff for my main magsorc (mostly gear), small coffer for my alt stamblade thief, again mostly gear. Another small coffer for miscellaneous both can use and as easy hand over stuff to the other option.

I have inventory issues and I’m working in phases. The final phase will be gathering all the extra furniture from the many storage closets and then actually decorating instead of hoarding. I also bought an extra set of tables to keep in a coffer so that I can get to them from any house.

But for the moment, I simply learned that I need to figure out which sets to decon. I probably won’t ever run a toon that can use a burning spell weave sharpened battle axe. That parallel printer cable my real life garage can probably go too.

one chest i'm storing lowbie gear in as it is easier to find in the chest than having to wade through my bank. another is for plans recipes motifs and maps. this way my main can easily sort though them learn what we don't know and then sell what we don't need.

2) Partial Armor Set I am building up for target characters.
3.) Container Rewards that i don't want to open immediately or cant open because an item cap is reached.
4.) Recipes that i am transferring between characters.

I have a subscription so i can store an infinite amount of materials.

Everything else i sell to in game vendors or deconstruct.

I put my chests on 2 sets of shelves for neatness but they don't work. You can click on the upper ones but they don't open

I have a real problem vending jewelry, I have 2- 60 space chests of rings and 1 with necks, both maxed. My last 60 slot chest is a mix of rings and necks, again full. My 30's are weapons, one for shapes, another for sticks. Finally, my last 30 slot is full of healer gear, as that is my main role, and yes full. I hoard, so what, hehe

I'm still afraid to put anything valuable in there, even though they patched it.

I did use my coffer to transfer a set of PvP armor between characters. Best use for it yet. My 2nd character was able to get everything from the chest quickly without scrolling through 300 items in the bank. Yay.

I don't have all the storage yet.. but what I do have holds my master/vma/asylum weapons I don't actively use.

I have a chest with PVP items I might get around to using one day, a chest for monster sets, and several chests for storage characters to dump into so I can finally see what I had sitting around and forgot about. To sort the junk from the treasures.

And then a chest for my treasures of course.

Packed all but one full with with set pieces that may or may not be good at some point but that I am pretty much required to stock pile since ZOS constantly rotates what is bis. The last 30 pc coffer is empty for swapping gear from one toon to another.

the four small coffers with 120 slots got all my surveys - there are 24 of each type and 5 types so they are pretty much filled - some have dozens pr area-survey. (please let us trade/sell them soon!!!)

One of the large one is designated for monster sets.

one is designated for clothes - one for leathers, one for mail and thos ewill hold several complet sets of gear for that kind of character - later once i get reorg.

plan now is to let each character wear one full set of like 14-16pc (include a potion-food pair), carry another such set in inventory (so 15 worn, 15 carried) and then store about four other full alt-sets of each type in the crates for a toal of 42 fully prepped sets and consumables.

Then tash/decon the rest and then try and figure out what to do with the bucket load of spare inventory space and regret not having done this sooner.

the answer to "what to do with it" is basically going to boil down to "furnishings" i am pretty sure since that just keeps growing.
