Died in VoM due to jumping past the pool

This is different though. This is a leap of faith where even the NPCs are telling you to jump. Literally, the only reason why this should be considered a bug is because it is a 'leap of faith'.

hmmm... can't remember if there's such situation... during pledges/worm set farming noone speaks with npc's
for sure "leap of faith" is in Public dung in Coldharbour, at the end of one of quests there

The npcs tell you to that you have to jump. The quest tells you jumping is the only way if you read the story.

A party member trolling you does not a bug make...

Roll dodge off from the edge of the platform and you will be unaffected by Rapids and you will land in the water...every...single...time.

It's not a bug.

Fair warning, a party member hitting the HM scroll right as someone is trying to time the jumps going to the end boss is another favorite passtime of some. Also, not a bug.

EDIT:

• You can also sneak off the edge.
• You can RP walk off the edge (even with rapids)
• You can block walk off the edge.
• You can wait for Rapids to expire.
• You can tell your party member to knock it off.
• It's not a bug.
