When I'm in a city like Davon's Watch or Auridon, and I see a large amount of players, one of my favorite things to do is to use the Questionable Meat Sack memento and watch other players take a bite of meat from the floor. Their reactions are priceless, especially when it's a new player who's never seen an item do that. When you're walking around cities with large amounts of people in them, what are some of your favorite things/pranks/mementos to use/do?
In case you didn't know, eating that drumstick from the Questionable Meat Sack makes you (or whoever ate it) throw up. While the vomit is a little gross, the reactions more than make up for it.

✭If my char has the time I will sometimes give an old /leanside and do an IC commentary in /say of fools dueling in populated (and imo) inappropriate areas, i.e. the bank, WS, etc. I like to sprinkle a variety of IC insults depending on which char I'm playing such as "If Molag Bol sees how weak you are, the Nords are surely doomed!" and "you swing like a malnourished Altmer!".
Oh and I also like to tease people IC for bringing certain pets inside to places like the bank and taverns with a variety of emotes and /say, i.e. "/emote *steps over a huge pile of bear feces as he approaches the banker and exclaims "what kind of savage brings a bear into the bank? *looks at (insert name here)* and *glares at (insert name here) as he wrinkles his nose /s "the rancid smell from that panther made me think I was in Grahtwood!".

i used to know someone who would break down and have a fit over seeing the number 69. i really hope you come accross them in eso some day.
there needs to be skills for unarmed/unequiped

Throw mudballs.
Raise my Neramo lightning stick to look like an enemy NPC.
Run in circles around people.
Air attack people.
Stand in the exact same spot they are.
/shout at them from behind when they are looking at a map or rifling through their bags.
Do jumping jacks in doorways.
Watch guards kill thieves and murderers who try to fight back. -
