I keep missing queues because of going AFK while waiting for one or just tabbing out, can we please get a notification or something if the queue pops? Like the client blinking orange or a pop-up? Would be awesome imo

They do, it goes to your notifications to let you know. Just incase you miss the on screen cue or tab out of it.
