Did new items appear on writ voucher merchant with the update?

Sitting with tons of vouchers and currently swithering if to just plunder the purple house blueprints or to keep them for new master recipes. Also assuming storage chests are bound?

Any input would be greatly appreciated by this console peasant.

You can get the glass motif, and items like the gong are new. Buyer beware, though, as the new stuff requires "refined bonemold resin" and some folks were frustrated with how hard they are to find right now. Can be obtained in Vvardenfell by pickpocketing citizens, stealing from safe boxes and looting Thieves Troves.

Also, there was a second vendor added next to him that has some of the old items, but they are now behind an achievement:

Chests are not trade-able.

In terms of the storage chests and whether they are bound, they aren't actual items that go into your inventory.

They are collectibles, like undaunted trophies/busts and the model of Vvardenfell. So they go into your collections and can then be placed in any home.

So it isn't possible to trade/sell them, there's no actual item to trade.
