Dual Wield Bloodthirst (Flurry Morph) Skill BUG?

Bloodthirst skill doesn't proc "Twin Blade and Blunt" axe bleeding passive and Viper's sting set. Isn't it melee skill? Also subterranian assault (storch morph) skill can proc viper's sting set. Both skill has 7m radius but bloodthirst doesnt count as melee skill I think. Here is the video for bloodthirst.

I believe this is because flurry counts as a DOT, not direct damage.

But it doesnt say "Direct damage" in explanation. Also Templar's Biting Jabs can proc Viper set. Even it is a DoT damage.

Yes I agree with IARTOI. Bloodthirst has some problem I think.
