[Suggestion] Luxury Furnisher

Instead of having a single Luxury Furnisher with one additional item for old themes (and assuming some themes will get bumped to accommodate new themes with new Chapters/DLCs) why not have a caravan of furnishers arrive in Hollow City. Zanil could continue with his old themes and a new vendor could be added each year to offer new selections!
