some weird FPS bugs as well as the wide reported fps hit

so there have been a few threads now about the fps hit that came with the patch.

but as I was running through rawl'kha I noticed that I was getting spikes of decent fps, in fact it was happening in exact spots for no reason.

one spot in particular is anywhere from 7-10 fps better then a few steps any direction around it.

the spot in question is under the arch right next to the alchemy station, I tested this by standing under it then walking south as if to walk out of town and kept getting a consistent fps increase just in that one spot compared to everywhere else. I'm going to see if I can find anymore fps increase hot spots.

I don't know what you messed up ZOS, but grats on this level of foolery.
