Developers please give us some tool to authenticate and print out our character achievements.

After the dragon bones patch, I lost a motif previously unlocked. This is the second time in recent history after a major/minor patch I lost something I have paid for via the crown store. After opening an ESO support ticket and many exchanges of emails this new issue has been resolved. Tech support asked me to open this request in the forums for the developers.
This is a plea to the developers for some outside ESO sponsored game app that will give a complete character readout of all achievements, inventory, progression, and etc. The app should have some way of stamping the external file with a certificate to validate the authenticity or some other priority means of verification. This way after an upgrade if there are any discrepancies it can be easily rectified.
I am sure I am not the only person that has lost items during a patch or upgrade and I believe this type of program could help others.
