Grocer in Sentinel vendor bug

Got it yesterday, after opening a vendor screen it stucked as above. Did not react on ESC key, so I could only close game to desktop.
As you can see in text chat the bug catcher addon found 3 bugs but couldn't handle them.

Same issue. Just started Caldwell's silver, and I can't sell my excess stuff.

So I'll ask the usual question. Have you tried disabling add-ons? I don't know of any particular one that would be causing that issue, but I'm not getting that problem in PC/NA, and add-ons after a new patch are usually the culprits in UI errors like that.

For me the Eso Master Recipe List addon caused this. Disabled and not had an issue since.

There is a temp fix in the comments for Master Recipe (Hopefully the author does an official fix soon).
