Add ons won’t load

Minion installed addons in proper spot. ESO keeps looking for addons under documents on windows one drive and not documents on C drive. Just upgraded to windows 10 and didn’t realize documents auto saved to one drive. I’ve since turned off one drive and set things to save to “this PC”. The game won’t even open now. Crashes on load screen. Tried repairing. It’s like the game no longer knows where to look for usersettings and addons since it’s not on one drive anymore. It’s already been close to 2 weeks since being able to play due to other ESO related issues. Any ideas on how to fix this? Searched forums and tried what was said, which wasn’t a lot and it didn’t work. Will I have to uninstall and reinstall ESO? That’s my next idea. I just hate doing it as it takes forever and will be the 4th or 5th time I’ve done it to fix other issues.
