Opening character stats minimizes chat after patch?

Is this a new thing after DLC? I don't remember having this before. It is very annoying...I used to open character stats window to view and click item links on chat window but it minimizes each time now...

Can we have a toggle at least..?

    It's new because there is the Future Rewards thing that appears to left on low level character forcing it to close

    Yup, but it acts as if there is something that would appear there. It's a bit annoying but it's consistent across all characters this way
