Quick question,
I am playing a magicka warden, I heard there were changes to how lightning staves work now, would it be better to run dual inferno staves or is still running light on the back bar for the AoE buff still better?

Depends on what content you are running and what role you want. Lightning is still better for AOE damage and Inferno is still better for single-target. The lightning staff changes were mostly for Off-balance changes, iirc.0
