BUG Shroud of the Lich - 5 piece Bonus is buggy

Hi.

I have 1759 Magicka Recovery in tooltip. But actually if i test it i reg 1965 Magicka each 2 seconds.
When "Shroud of the Lich" 5-piece Bonus procs, i get the buff, in tooltip i do have 3213 Magicka Recovery, but still reg 1965 Magicka each 2 seconds.

- First question is, why do i reg 1965 Magicka each 2 seconds when i only have 1759 MReg?
- Second question is, why do i have 3213 MReg in tooltip, but still reg only 1965 Magicka?

I tested it with and without outfits. No difference.
I tested it with and without addons. No difference.

Were you in or out of combat? There is a bug that doesnt let you recover when youre out of combat

Good Point! I forgot to mention it.
All my test were Out of Combat. Didn't test it in Combat. Will do this tomorrow and report my results.

Hi. Tested it now in combat. Here are the results:

- i have 1759 MReg in tooltip, and in combat i get 1759 MReg
- when lich set procs, i have 3213 MReg in Tooltip, and in combat i get 3213 MReg.
- further i tested if the cd of 1Min works. It works.

So lich set works as intended when in combat.
When out of combat, then you get the MReg buff in tooltip, but not in real. you get nothing
