I'm semi confused on the level up avisor
According to the patch notes we get x things at x lvls, now I have a few characters on my account all of which have reached various mile stones, so how do I go back and claim the lvl 5 through X mile stone rewards?

Whilst it's a BS move not to award items retrospectively, you can't exactly go laying that one on ZoS. It's been well publicized that things wouldn't be awarded retrospectively and that the update was today for PCs. You just needed to wait 1 day.
