anyone getting fps issues? like loss of 10 or more fps?

traveling to different low pop areas to see if its the zone or something but getting fairly terrible fps compared to pre update like losses of 10-20 fps, even in the middle of empty zones.

(nothing on my end changed, have always been 64 bit as well so I cannot figure it out.)

Yes, noticing it too. The place I log into is the same place every day and it suddenly because worse by a lot. Nothing changed. The patch made FPS drop.
