Is this still a thing?
In addition to Motifs, completing the “Soul Shriven in Coldharbour” quest awards a set of Prisoner’s clothing styles, and you can expect additional unique gear and weapon appearances to become available in the future as well.

Isn't this the Level 40 Reward now?

And this - didn't the Level 18 chest get removed from the Telvar and Master Writ vendors?
You can purchase storage coffers and chests from the Achievement Mediator, the Crown Store, or from Tel Var Merchants. You can also earn a storage coffer from the Level Up Advisor (detailed below) upon reaching level 18, if you have not already purchased it.

These look like old patch notes that did not take into consideration changes made during PTS.

@ZOS_GinaBruno ... what is the difference between 3.3.4 and 3.3.5? The patch notes don't go into enough detail to be able to tell what changed, if anything, and some of the wording looks outdated.

They added option to hide polymorph helmets.
Description of Zaan is wrong coz it was changed on pts. It is 20% on any l/h attacks, not only on crits.

Everything looks good except DKs. Idk how they could go through with those changes. That class is completely gutted for the time being.

Both of those just got removed a few moments ago to reflect what's actually on Live. Thanks!

There is no mention of Soul Shriven Motiv as a reward for Quest: Soul Shriven in Coldharbor.

I assume then this is removed from what was written in the PTS notes and remains only avaialable as a reward for completion of cadwells silver.

Such a relief, I am quite happy it stays as only a reward for Silver.

Duplicating the place to obtain rewards for completion of a questline did not make sense to me.

In the German Patch notes there is the information, that synergies have an individual cooldown of 30 seconds again, compared to the last iteration of the PTS where the cooldown was at about 20 seconds.
That information is missing in the English Patch Notes. Which one is now correct, how long is the cooldown on an individual synergie now 30 seconds? 20 seconda? 1 second?
This leaves me a bit confused.

That would be a good addition to the patch notes because the reward at Level 18 is currently buried in text, and no where near where the level up rewards are discussed.

removing the sorrel horse to purchase is a *** move. So if you want it you have to level a character to 10 now and if you are full of slots you have to purchase another.

But you've had plenty of time to get it. It's not like it's expensive. And if you are a new player you are guaranteed one. Sorry but this is a very frivolous complaint.

uh... pretty sure that one horse skin that you could have bought before the patch hit (since removal of it was known for a while) is not nearly as bad as keeping entire storage chest to level up rewards only.

Here is something I really don't understand... and it made me really confused...
Here are initial PTS patch notes:
    https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/388819/pts-patch-notes-v3-3-0/p1
    Zaan (Monster)

    Spell Critical
When you deal Critical Damage with a Light or Heavy Attack to a nearby enemy, a beam of fire will connect you to your enemy. The beam deals 3440 Flame Damage every 1 second for 5 seconds. Every second, this damage increases by 50%. The beam is broken if the enemy moves 10 meters away from you. This effect can occur every 15 seconds.
And here are PTS patch notes after 2 weeks and some player feedback:
    https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/391220/pts-patch-notes-v3-3-2/p1
    Zaan:

This Item Set’s proc now occurs on any Light or Heavy Attack, instead of only critical strikes with Light or Heavy Attacks, but the proc chance has been reduced to 20% from 100%.
Increased the cooldown of this Item Set’s proc to 18 seconds from 15 seconds.

    Developer Comment:
This monster set was over performing - by reducing both the reliability and uptime of the proc, these changes bring the overall DPS of this set more in-line with other Monster sets.
And here are the final "live" server patch notes:
    https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/394810/pc-mac-patch-notes-v3-3-5-dragon-bones-update-17#latest

Is this an error in the patch notes or did ZOS completely ignored player feedback that oddly was somehow acknowledged during the PTS ? Can some one explain this ? ?

Generally, new players can't afford the sorrel horse until after level 10 anyway. (If they're just playing the game as normal, anyway, through questing, etc.). If anything, this will ensure that a lot of new players get a mount significantly earlier than they would have before, and without having to spend their hard-earned gold on it.

If you missed it, that's rough. But there are other, more interesting mounts available through other means, so...

They've stated why. It's because they don't want the few new players who DO scrape up the coin before level 10 to buy it from the stable, only to discover at level 10 that they just wasted a bunch of hard-won early game money for an item they were going to get for free. That can be really rough for early game players.

Higher-level players can afford the other mounts. The sorrel has always been the "beginner" horse, so I'm not sure why people are worried about missing it. If you've played enough that you've used up all 8 of your free character slots, you can probably afford one of the slightly more expensive horses. Otherwise, spend 3 hours to level up an alt to 10. *shrug*
