Macro and Cheaters in Glenumbra werewolfs xbox NA

Ive been reporting this guys for months and still nothing happends. There are ton of macros in the Castle with werewolves in Glenumbra Xbox na server that totaly DESTROYS this Palace. Both me and a Couple of friends has been reporting this guys for months and still nothing happends...how come zenimax? Sure I know you got a lot to do and such but it been months..come on. They are RUINING the game. Just swing by this place at 6~7 PM and you Will see what I mean, this has to STOP! Regards.

I've reported them all a couple weeks ago too when I was hunting lorebooks there. Camlorn has always been a bot-hot-spot and they definitely know about it. The question is what kind of oversight by GMs does Xbox NA actually get?
