Ressources that flip spawn blue NP, but stay the prior colour on the map and dont give AP immideatly.
It takes about 5min delay to get the tick and colour flip.
I guess its the same about keeps.
Guild chat has the same delay.
Group chat and zone work fine

✭✭✭✭✭Can't play when there are more than 20 people around in Sotha Sil PC/EU. Freeze, get thrown out of game. It's really bad. And the zergs are everywhere, they come to every keep where the action is, can't just avoid them.
