ESO new feature?! terrible performance

For information: I play ESO about 3 years, so please don give a s...it in your regular recommendation.
PC and connection is strong enough to play all modern games with ULTRA settings.

Started 1 week later after Clockwork City launch:
My battlegrounds FPS was minimum 70. 1 week later after 1st maintenance in clockwork my FPS drops to 25-30 on BG's. Can u tell me why the hell when im in overland location with tonns of players and NPC's FPS is 60-100 but when im on BG where only 12 players my FPS 25-35? What a hell is wrong with you ZOS? (yes i know about fact that this game does not support SLI so i dont use it)

Started this week.
Doesnt matter where - Trials, open world, Cyrodiil, Battlegrounds
Every 30-40 sec i got 0.5-1 sec freeze
Tired of permanent lags in this game. Can u finally fix your game please?

What do I do if ESO is having performance issues on PC?
