An ultimate that can be cast 20 times in a row

Overload plays a very clear and audible soundcue when it´s fired at your character giving you enough time to innitiate countermeasures.
A simple dodgeroll on hearing it would have saved you. Block aswell.
Stop with these pointless nerfs already.
And no, I don't play sorc.

Hardly.
My dual wielding dk's leap with spinner + sun + slimecraw with continious and infused spelldmg glyph proc is shortly above 27k
Meanwhile my overload sorcs (blobs wannabe spinner+slime+elegant) is shortly over 30k PER overload lightattack. Empowered
Both with apprentice mundus with 6 divine 1 impen.
Darkelf dk and altmer sorc.
The DK even has full undaunted where the sorc is undaunted 7.
Tough for some reason when I use magelight my leap tooltip doesn't go up. But leap you use once, overload you can store up to 500 and spam.
So no, you can get similar damage to leap/incap in ONE overload lightattack if not more. Not a good thing to compare it withOverload plays a very clear and audible soundcue when it´s fired at your character giving you enough time to innitiate countermeasures.

Not if you don't run miats to save you from the crystal blast stun or even worse, runecage which cannot be dodged or blocked. Until you CC break you eat atleast one overload. Similar to the high damage snipe builds you seemed to dislike.
So instagibbing with overload/sorc is fine?
