Is Frozen Gate getting fixed?

Is Frozen Gate enemy teleport fixed in pts or planned to be fixed when the patch is rolled out? Currently it's bypassing immovable potions but not CC immunity from break free.

✭✭✭Well, ZOS hasn't even acknowledged that the way it's ignoring Potion CC Immunity/Mist Form CC Immunity/Immovable Brute CC Immunity and only obeying the CC break/CC expiration granted immunity is happening, let alone that it's clearly a bug.0 -

I can port floating orbs with the portals, I want to be able to port mist-formed vampires too!
