ESO Data Daily Usage!

So for the past few weeks, I've been having high ping/lags that leads sometimes to game disconnection and sometimes i just disconnect randomly during the day.

It was driving me crazy as i wasn't using any related applications on the background that may cause the lag, so i re-installed my OS , and even factory reset my router, and still same issues,

I searched the web for such issues and found out a bandwidth tracker software that will tells me how much data i use per application and i found out that ESO is using 400MB of data per just 1 day during the course of 8-9 hours of playtime.

So my question is, is this normal data usage and if not , is there a possibility that addons could be causing that problem ?

Here is a list of my Addons i'm using:
AchievementInfo
ActionDurationReminder
AdvancedFilters
AUI
AwesomeGuildStore
AwesomeInfo
Azurah
CombatMetrics
CraftBagExtended
CyrillicChatFilter
DarkUI

DolgubonsLazyWritCreator

And here is my Data Usage of ESO for 1 day:

UPDATE: It seems according to comments that my Data usage of ESO is normal, but i still have issues with high latency in-game and some disconnects, so i wanna make sure that Addons i'm using isn't the cause of the problem, so if anyone using those addons can tell me which of those addons might be using bandwidth to receive data or using bandwidth at all for any other reason ?

It it helps here is my approx Xbox one usage (no addons)
Approx 60.93 MB per hour so it’s higher than yours.......

Maybe that helps if others on PC chime in

I don't know if that is normal for ESO, but it is an insanely small amount of data for 8+ hours of game play. Stream one movie and you will be 3-4 times that, easily. It almost seems like an impossibly small amount of data for that time frame to me.

That seems about reasonable to me.

Works out to around 17 KB per second. That's like receiving the information from an Xcel spreadsheet every second which makes sense if you think about what the server has to send to you constantly.

I also know for sure that LotRO uses over 100Kb per seconds which is in the same range as ESO.

I play on pc and I was about to say that 400mb seems like way too much, but that actually is about right.

It varies, but from what I’ve seen several times before, I generally use between 50 to 100 mb for each 1 1/2 hour - 2 hour play session.

@Neeno what program is that? I'd be curious to see how my usage compares as I run a lot of the same addons you do...

    Software called NetWorx

To Enable Application tracking you need to do as follows : after you install it , it will be at the taskbar where the clock and sound is, you then right click it then go to Settings then Main then at the bottom where Monitored Interfaces you tick the box with Ignore local traffic within the LAN
