Powered vs Nirnhoned?

Does anyone know or have they tested it, Does nirnhoned outperform Powered when it comes to heals in PvP? I'm sure it obviously depends based on weapon dmg but let's say with a base of 3k+ what's better?

The more spell damage and magicka you have already, the weaker further magicka or spell damage increasing is.

Powered always outperforms Nirnhoned on a staff.

Powered outperforms Nirnhoned on one handed weapon only if your magicka and spell damage is low. If your stats look like this: 36k magicka, 2,5k spell damage (these are common pvp stats) powered might be better.

Same thing as wpn dmg? Considering running a 2h/SnB stamplar and was wondering which would be better

You consider it for your back bar.
I had the same dillema on my stamWarden. The most recomended back bar trait is infused but I don't like it. Ended with powered.

I would only use infused if I would run a wpn dmg on backbar and honestly with a stamplar since I won't be using any offensive abilities on my back bar beside either PoL, Caltrops or Trap than I won't be proc'ing the enchant at all really. Purely just for more tankiness
