Graphic bug with costume after race change

The head of one costume is blown up after i changed the race...nothing helps - not switching costume, logging off/on, repairing, changing character face again - it stays like that. Why am i opening this thread here? Because the forum moderaters tell me to open an in game request and the in game support tells me to go to the forum and open a thread / bug report here so i don't really know what to do as i get the impression everyone just want's to pass on the issue away from them...
