2) Defense caps for all classes, silly it takes 15+ people and 10 minutes of attacks to kill some classes. Or Keep it as is but then pull those people out of PVP and put them in there own Vet Dungeon as the end boss fight.
3) night blades cant not stealth while being attacked, 3 second with out damage and then they can stealth.
4) Reduce Templar casting cost.
