If space for decorating is important to you, then the island would be better. I know the Topal is bigger. Never said it wasn't. I simply said the Palace is big and mentioned how many items you can house which is 200 more than my 3M house. To me, it depends on what you do with the space. The Topal is nice and huge but I am not creative so when I see that, I am not interested in furnishing it but several of my guild mates love it and created awesome things in it. Me, naw. Thehartclan✭✭✭It’s a shame they are releasing such an exquisite and grand house but maintaining the incredibly low item count of 700 for subbers. I have Hundigs Palatial, which is quite a bit smaller, and it has a 600 item cap with sub; Ive nearly hit the cap, but still have considerable amount of unused space which leaves me with an unfinished house.
I applaud the designers behind this property, but ZOS should put as much effort into better furnishing capacities. For designers such as myself who spend an exorbitant amount of time decorating these homes, it’s unappealing to spend that much money (since real money is the only way to get crowns) for a house that cannot be fully realized with the current item cap.
If there was a significantly greater capacity for decorating, I would gladly fork ZOS some cash, but at this point it would be a complete waste.The Hart Clan
