Housing decorator rights

Last night I was with two other players checking out houses. For the sake of this thread we'll call them player 1 and player 2. After looking at my house we went to Player 1's house. Player 2 has decorator rights at Player 1's house. Player 1 has the house Pariah's Pinnacle. After checking out that house we went to a friend of mine's house who we'll call Player 3. Player 3 also has Pariah's Pinnacle where me a couple other guildmates have decorator rights, but everyone else's default settings are to visitor. Well while we were there Player 2 somehow had decorator rights at Player 3's house. Player 2 and Player 3 do not know each other, nor is Player 2 listed as a decorator at Player 3's house. We haven't tested this elsewhere yet, but at least for this house there is a bug where player decorator rights can transfer to other players houses if they own the same property.
